The Black Hawk County Treasurer's office is phasing out the Monthly ACH Property Tax Withdrawals through our office. We will no longer be accepting new participants in this program. However you can set up your own scheduled or recurring monthly payments on the Iowa Treasurer's website. You will be able to pick the day of the month you would like the payment to be made and the method of payment. Follow the online directions to make your tax payment. There is also several "how to videos" for you to look at first, these videos show the different options that are available. See below to locate these videos.
For the link to the "How to Videos" go to the https://www.iowatreasurers.org, click on the Property tax Tab, click Pay Property Tax,
Next click on the (What's This?) below the Iowa map.
Once you have decided which online payment option you would like to use then click on the Property Tax tab, click on Pay Property Tax and then click on Black Hawk County in the map. This will take you to the Property Search screen and follow the online instructions.
