About the Department
The Dietary Department is staffed with an experienced team committed to excellence in service, food quality, sanitation, and resident well being. A 6-week cycle ensures variety in menu with a choice entrée each meal.
Menus are individualized to meet special needs, including diabetic, gluten-free, and renal diets. Supplementary snacks are provided 3 times a day.
